In my 26 years of professional life, I have held several leadership roles in large firms like Hewitt, Xerox, etc. Process re-engineering and unlocking hidden potentials in systems and people have been my forte. I maintain the core philosophy at work of a high-performance culture combined with empathy and employee-friendly policies.
With a career span of more than two decades, I delivered number of projects driving business excellence through product implementations, transformation via technology intervention, operation excellence, change management, talent assessment and customer experience management.
I also pursue my passion of mentoring through career coaching and training for professionals and students, guiding them through the career choice process.

With more than 17 years of experience in diverse academic and corporate profiles, I’m a Consultant and Educator with operations, marketing, and entrepreneurship as my core areas of expertise. I am a B.Tech in Chemical Engg., MBA, PhD, and the journey continues with international & national publications in peer-reviewed journals.
The journey to greater customer engagement involves incorporating customer perspectives and behaviors to drive growth. It also involves customized studies and training using various tools, including re-designing a winning Customer Experience (CX) Strategy by including operations for business success.
I enjoy learning and sharing new perspectives. Books have been my long-lasting love, and I have a penchant for understanding “Why it is this way.” My ability to get to the roots and history has consequently helped me suggest breakthrough solutions in my associations.
